Penn Optical Coatings understands the physics behind the science and combines precision engineering with optical expertise to develop, manufacture, and deliver thin film coatings with optimal performance. We developed our library of over 7,500 standard and custom optical coatings using our custom-built chambers and coating formulas. Our coatings process combines fundamental thin film physics, expert knowledge of dielectric material properties, and modern deposition technologies.
